Call Center Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center manager at our Harahan, Louisiana office. A qualified applicant must have a minimum of 3 years call center experience, 5 years management experience, excellent computer (excel) and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, sales experience to overcome objections over the phone. Teach others the methodology of how to become a call center representative, resolve conflicts and be available to work evenings and weekends if needed.

 
Base salary plus bonuses.

Job duties include:

• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Hire all call center reps.
• Teach methodology to others to become call center reps.
• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and overcome objections.
• Manage sales reps schedule through CRM.
• Proficient in Excel, Lead Perfection (CRM).
• Achieve weekly and monthly reports and quotas.
• Ability to negotiate Lead credits from multiple lead sources.
