Walk in shower to tub & shower renovation
We had a GREAT Experience! Their sales person sold us on their upgrade product. Two special order parts needed to be ordered with a 3-week ETA. 19 days later the installer started the job and finished the next day. I have been in the construction sales business for 52 years and 2 weeks and cannot believe that ONE installer did this job in 2 days. He did a fantastic job. We had a slow leak in our existing shower that I could not find. So I contacted Direct Source hoping to find a way to fix the leak and get a new tub & shower combination. The installer did the complete tear out of the existing shower, found the leak, fixed the leak, and installed the new tub & shower. All the carpenter work & the plumbing work was done perfect. Their installer is a very talented worker.

Bath Renovation
I am glad that I finally got the beautiful shower I've always wanted and didn't put it off any longer. DSR was prompt and efficient with getting the materials needed to do the job and installation. I can't say enough good things about John Petree, the guy who installed my shower. He showed up on time and did an amazing job of the installation. He is the main reason for this review! .Everything Was beautiful and finished in one day!
