Bathtub replacement
Direct Source is a very professional company. Stephen was very helpful and knowledgeable when I called to inquire about a tub replacement. He walked me through step by step, picking out the design and working through the finance process. The installation was done in a timely manner by 2 men who did a professional job. They were very careful not to damage anything in the house and did an excellent job of cleanup after the job was completed. It was slow going at first, Hurricane IDA was a class IV storm when it hit Livingston Parish, Louisiana and in its wake, she left nothing untouched. Roads, electricity, and communication were down about 4 weeks, out of 100 poles on my road only 3 were left standing. I was in dire need of roof repair as tree limbs, foreign debris, and a 15Ft. radius trampoline struck my home in wind gust of 160 mph. I made several calls out about my leaking roof, but most local companies were busy with their homes, other homes, or just simply blown off the map by the storm. I was about at the end of my rope and i caught an ad by RRCA on my phone one day so i figured what is i gonna hurt, nothing at this point because i am feeling lost with all of it. I went through a couple of sales reps. in the company and i was thinking to myself, more of the same, but they kept calling me assuring me they would come.
