Walk in shower to tub & shower renovation
We had a GREAT Experience! Their sales person sold us on their upgrade product. Two special order parts needed to be ordered with a 3-week ETA. 19 days later the installer started the job and finished the next day. I have been in the construction sales business for 52 years and 2 weeks and cannot believe that ONE installer did this job in 2 days. He did a fantastic job. We had a slow leak in our existing shower that I could not find. So I contacted Direct Source hoping to find a way to fix the leak and get a new tub & shower combination. The installer did the complete tear out of the existing shower, found the leak, fixed the leak, and installed the new tub & shower. All the carpenter work & the plumbing work was done perfect. Their installer is a very talented worker.
